Out of the 5 quotes I got they were the 2nd to highest, some other quotes I got had no VAT though. I wanted a firm who I could go back to if there was any problems so I chose BPR due to their guarantees offered. Great guys who came to do the work. Good contact from Richard. Really happy overall.
